This Privacy Policy explains how Mobile VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') collects, uses and protects personal information through the mobile application (referred to as the 'App'). The Service is provided on an 'as is' basis, and we take reasonable measures within this policy to protect your privacy and security.

When you download, launch or use the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, session duration and approximate geographic information. This data is used to: 1. recommend suitable connection routes based on Mobile VPN's node distribution; 2. identify regional connection trends through anonymized aggregate data and improve stability; 3. send important service updates, security notices or necessary operational messages to your registered email or username. We limit retention and use of sensitive information according to this policy.

We only transmit aggregated anonymized data to necessary third-party partners, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance monitoring and feature improvement. Except in the following situations, we do not share your personal information with third parties: 1. compliance with legal process or government regulatory requirements; 2. actions necessary to protect users, property or investigate fraud; 3. cooperation with entrusted service providers bound by strict confidentiality obligations. If you want to stop data collection, uninstall the App through the standard process on your device. After uninstallation, the App will not generate new data collection activity.

User-provided data is retained during the active service period and a reasonable grace period afterward. If you need to close your account early and delete personal information, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from that group. If such information is collected by mistake, we will start deletion procedures as soon as practical. Guardians may contact us through the same email so that we can take appropriate action. To protect confidentiality, we use physical, electronic and administrative safeguards.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to regulatory requirements, product changes or business adjustments. You should review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after an update is published means you accept the revised policy. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025.
