Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Mobile VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation and use of the mobile accelerator application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to this agreement. Please read it carefully before use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, extract source code from, or create derivative versions of the App or related trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or service fees and will communicate material fee changes within a reasonable scope. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. We do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting devices because those actions may weaken system security and affect normal App operation.

This Service integrates certain necessary third-party services, including Google Analytics and Firebase crash reporting. When using related features, you are also subject to the terms of service of those partners.

Service limitation notice: The App relies on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible if the service cannot be used due to unpaid carrier bills, data limits, weak network signals, carrier restrictions or user device issues. When used outside Wi-Fi, your mobile carrier may charge data fees. If you enable roaming outside your country of origin without an appropriate data plan, you are responsible for roaming charges. Before using the App, ensure you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are fully responsible for their own use of the App. For example, inability to access the service due to a drained device battery is not covered by compensation. Although we work to provide accurate global routing information, some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not legally responsible for direct or indirect losses resulting from such information. To ensure compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to download and install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services without prior notice. After termination, your license becomes invalid and you must stop using and delete the App.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: Software or digital service sales are final once completed. After a software license key or digital product access has been provided, refund requests are generally not accepted.

Technical Issues: In rare cases, technical issues may affect expected use of the software. We will try to investigate and resolve issues promptly, but a technical issue does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Unauthorized Use: No refund will be provided if software license keys or digital product access are shared, resold or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately after publication on our website.
